Specifications & support
Folding Capability (FOLDBAR Model): The FOLDBAR wholecrop header can fold or unfold in less than 60 seconds, allowing for quick transitions between transport and work modes, thus increasing cutting time and minimizing wasted transport time. Cutting Widths: Choose between a 6m fixed or 6.2m folding cutting width to suit your operation. Disc System: Equipped with 16 round profile discs designed for low power absorption, ensuring efficient operation with minimal energy use. Shaft-Driven System: Features a single input driveshaft and a fully shaft-driven disc bed, eliminating the need for chains or belts, which reduces maintenance and increases reliability. Proximity Switches: Ensure correct timing of discs when the foldbar is unfolded, optimizing performance. Hydraulic Lift Cover: Adjustable for crop flow management, with excellent visibility of incoming crop. Adjustable Skids: Provide enhanced ground following, reducing the risk of scalping. Floating Auger: Large 830mm diameter auger allows for high-volume harvesting, maintaining a smooth and consistent crop feed. Transport Weight: The FOLDBAR model weighs 3.9 tons and is available with a quick-attach 5th wheel transport option for easy mobility. Harvester Compatibility: Available with fittings to suit various harvester models. 5th Wheel Fitting Kit: Allows the mounting of a Kemper transport wheel on the foldbar (not included). Recommended Spare Parts List: Ensures essential parts are on hand for uninterrupted operation. Autofloat System: Available for New Holland harvesters, enabling automatic ground contour following.
