Easy Maintenance Access The access door allows for quick and easy maintenance of the flail rotor, changing of cutting and scarifying blades, and thorough cleaning of the machine after use. Height Adjustable Full Width Rear Roller The full-width rear roller, equipped with a scraper, is height adjustable, providing accurate cutting and a high-quality striped finish. Height Adjustable Front Castor Wheels The front castor wheels are also height adjustable and come with solid, puncture-proof tyres. Twin castors are available on the 1.8m and 2.0m models for enhanced stability and performance. Model Variations: PC and PCHE The PC models feature ground tip and fully mounted designs, while the PCHE models offer compact dimensions with a high tip capability of 1.85m, making them versatile for different operational needs. Fine Finish Paddle Flails with Scarifying Option All machines come standard with 4mm paddle cutting blades for a fine finish and include a set of scarifying blades. The paddle flails provide a superior cut compared to traditional back-to-back flails, creating the airflow needed to transfer cut material into the hopper efficiently. Delta Paddle Flails for Heavy-Duty Cutting For heavier-duty operations, Delta paddle flails are available. Flail maintenance is simplified with a rotor inspection door, allowing full access to the blades and rotor. Key ring type flail fasteners enable quick flail changes without tools. Accurate Cutting Height Adjustment The Professional range features a full-width rear roller that is easily and accurately adjusted for precise control of cutting height and scarifying depth. The adjustable front castor wheels ensure the machine follows ground contours accurately. The floating linkage mountings allow the machine to operate independently of the tractor's movements, ensuring an even finish without scalping.
